Abstract

The invention relates to the field of authomatics and computer engenering. It can be used for manual data input into the control and computer systems.The keyboard comprises a flexible base 1 made out in the form of a printed circuit with contacting arrays 2, the perforated insulating pad 4 with punched holes 5 arranged opposite the contacting arrays and the demphing membrane 6 with bulges 7 provided with conducting areas 9. The bulges are made in the form of a truncated pyramid 8 onto the upper basis of which inside are applied the conducting areas 9. The thickness of the insulated par 4 is not less than one-third of the bulge height.The keyboard is manufactured by means of vacuum metalization of the base, electrode formation and following keyboard arrangement, the metalization being carried out onto the continuously moving base, the masks of the printed circuit, conducting areas and contact arrays being introduced into the metalization zone periodically. On the plots of the base with the conducting areas have been applied the bulges in the form of truncated pyramids, the conducting areas being applied onto the upper basis of a pyramide inside thereof. Then the base is cut into separate sheets.The tehnical result consist in the provision of shorting the electrical contacts along the surface. Vacuum metalization used for the manufacturing of the keyboard provides an ecological pure tehnology.
