Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de emailare silicatică şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea acoperirilor pe piesele din oţel ale articolelor de uz casnic, de exemplu, maşinilor de spălat, aragazurilor, cuptoarelor cu microunde etc.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că emailul de bază ce include SiO2, B2O3, Na2O, K2O, Li2O, ZrO2, Fe2O3, NiO şi oxid de mangan, în calitate de oxid de mangan conţine MnO2, având următorul raport al ingredientelor, % mas.: SiO2 - 34...38; B2O3 -20...24; Na2O - 18...22; K2O - 3...5; Li2O - 1...2; ZrO2 - 3...5; Fe2O3 - 3,5...7; NiO - 2...3,5; MnO2 - 1...3,5.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în micşorarea temperaturii de ardere a emailului până la 730...750°C şi sporirea rezistenţei lui la încovoiere.
