Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к акушерству и может быть использовано для диагностики внутриутробной бактериальной инфекции.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что у беременных с клиническими признаками внутриутробной бактериальной инфекции проводят амниоцентез, а определение инфицированности околоплодных вод осуществляют методом иммуноэлектрофореза в агарозном геле с антисыворотками к исследуемым микроорганизмам.Технический результат - сокращение времени проведения анализа, повышение достоверности и точности выявления внутриутробной инфекции.
