Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la dispozitive pentru prepararea ţesuturilor biologice.Dispozitivul pentru prepararea ţesuturilor biologice conţine un rezervor din inox pentru agentul frigorific, în formă de paralelipiped, cu pereţi laterali (2), o bază (3) şi picioruşe (11). Peretele superior al rezervorului reprezintă o placă (1) din aluminiu detaşabilă de lucru pentru fixarea preparatului, care este montată cu posibilitatea glisării în caneluri (5), executate în pereţii (2) rezervorului. Doi pereţi laterali opuşi (2) ai rezervorului sunt dotaţi cu mânere cilindrice (6). Dispozitivul mai conţine o placă (9) dreptunghiulară din masă plastică, în care este executată o adâncitură dreptunghiulară (8), în colţurile căreia sunt executate câte un locaş (10) pentru picioruşele (11) rezervorului.The invention relates to medicine, namely devices for preparing biological tissues. The device for preparing biological tissues contains a stainless steel reservoir for the refrigerant, in the form of a parallelepiped, with side walls (2), a base (3) and legs (11). ). The upper wall of the tank represents a removable working aluminum plate (1) for fixing the preparation, which is mounted with the possibility of sliding into grooves (5), executed in the walls (2) of the tank. Two opposite side walls (2) of the tank are provided with cylindrical handles (6). The device also contains a rectangular plastic plate (9), in which a rectangular recess (8) is executed, in the corners of which a recess (10) for the legs (11) of the tank is executed.

Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la dispozitive pentru prepararea ţesuturilor biologice. The invention relates to medicine, namely to devices for preparing biological tissues.
Se cunoaşte un dispozitiv pentru prepararea ţesuturilor biologice, care reprezintă o folie din aluminiu, răcită din partea de jos cu dioxid de carbon solid. Acest dispozitiv este destinat pentru separarea mucoasei de celelalte straturi cu scopul de a extrage proteinele din mucoasă [1]. Dezavantajele constau în faptul că dispozitivul nu permite menţinerea temperaturii joase un timp îndelungat, deci nu asigură o lipire eficientă a ţesuturilor de suprafaţa foliei din aluminiu, iar acestea lunecând îngreunează separarea straturilor tisulare. Dispozitivul pentru prepararea ţesuturilor biologice, conform invenţiei, înlătură dezavantajele menţionate mai sus prin aceea că conţine un rezervor din inox pentru agentul frigorific, în formă de paralelipiped, cu pereţi laterali şi o bază, termoizolaţi prin pulverizare cu poliuretan expandat şi acoperiţi cu fibră de sticlă, şi cu picioruşe. Peretele superior al rezervorului reprezintă o placă din aluminiu detaşabilă de lucru pentru fixarea preparatului, care este montată cu posibilitatea glisării în caneluri, executate în pereţii rezervorului. Doi pereţi laterali opuşi ai rezervorului sunt dotaţi cu câte un mâner cilindric termoizolat cu cauciuc. Particularităţile acestui dispozitiv constau în aceea că, datorită construcţiei specifice a lui, se menţine temperatura joasă constantă în rezervor, răcind eficient placa de lucru din aluminiu, care este netedă şi comodă, fixată rigid, deci ţesuturile biologice nu lunecă pe suprafaţa plăcii de lucru, totodată se menţine integritatea straturilor tisulare izolate. Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în separarea straturilor tisulare necesare operativ, calitativ, uşor, atraumatic şi econom. The technical result of the invention consists in separating the necessary tissue layers operatively, qualitatively, easily, atraumatically and economically.

Dispozitivul pentru prepararea ţesuturilor biologice (fig. 1-4) conţine placa 1 din aluminiu detaşabilă de lucru pentru fixarea preparatului, patru pereţi laterali 2 şi baza 3, termoizolaţi prin pulverizare cu poliuretan expandat şi acoperiţi cu fibră de sticlă 4, care formează rezervorul din inox pentru agentul frigorific, în formă de paralelipiped. Peretele superior al rezervorului reprezintă placa 1, care este montată cu posibilitatea glisării în canelurile 5, executate în pereţii 2 ai rezervorului, din partea interioară a lor, cu 5 mm mai jos de muchia superioară a pereţilor 2. Doi pereţi laterali opuşi 2 ai rezervorului sunt dotaţi cu mânere cilindrice 6, termoizolate cu cauciuc 7. Lucrul se efectuează în hota cu flux laminar. Prealabil dispozitivul se sterilizează cu soluţii dezinfectante. După prelucrarea ţesutului biologic prelevat cu soluţie fiziologică, acesta se plasează pe placa 1 de lucru. Prezenţa agentului frigorific (azot lichid, dioxid de carbon gazos sau lichid) în rezervor şi conductivitatea termică înaltă a suprafeţei plăcii 1 acţionează prin fixarea trainică a ţesutului biologic de suprafaţa plăcii 1 răcită, permiţând o uşoară preparare a ţesutului. Ulterior, după separarea ţesutului, are loc omogenizarea lui, centrifugarea la 12 mii rot/min timp de 30 min, spălarea fracţiei precipitate în soluţie tampon fosfat de sodiu, liofilizarea şi extragerea proteinelor cu etanol de 70%. Cu scopul de a extrage şi studia proteinele din mucoasa esofagului bovin, imediat după sacrificarea animalelor, au fost obţinute două esofaguri.
