Abstract

The invention relates to the field of food industry and can be used for processing grain postdistiller's solubles.The installation for processing grain postdistiller's solubles comprises a distiller's solubles supply collector and at least two consecutively operating modules, each of which comprises a distiller's solubles preparation unit (I), a the solid fraction processing unit (II), a liquid fraction biotreatment unit (III) and a water cycle unit (IV). Unit (I) consists of a distiller's solubles tank, made in the form of two concentric vertical capacities (1, 2), two pumps (4, 13) and a mixer (5) with air-water pumps (9), with a circulating pump (8) and with a siphon (10) for removal of liquid fraction of distiller's solubles. Unit (II) consists of a separator (14), a pump (15) and a dryer (16) for drying the cake. Unit (III) consists of a receiving chamber (11) for feeding therein the filtrate, a pump (17), first step fermenters (18), second step fermenters (19) and secondary decanters (7) with two pumps (6, 20). Unit (IV) consists of a water cooling tank (21), a post-treatment device (22) and a treated water collection tank (23) with two pumps (3, 12).
