Abstract

Тренировочно-массажный обруч относится к тренировочным устройствам, специально предназначенным для укрепления отдельных частей тела и к устройствам для массажа, в частности к массажным обручам. Сущность изобретения: тренировочно-массажный обруч состоит из кольца 1, снабженного массажными элементами, выполненными в виде шаров 2, которые жестко закреплены на кольце, имеют одинаковый размер и расположены друг от друга на расстоянии, равном диаметру шара.Технический результат-интенсивное направленное воздействие массажных элементов обруча на тренируемую часть тела для укрепления мышц и суставов, а также “сжигание” излишков подкожного жира.Фиг.: 2
