Abstract

Cercul de antrenament şi masaj se referă la dispozitive de antrenament, destinate în mod special pentru întărirea unor anumite părţi ale corpului, şi la dispozitive pentru masaj, în special la cercuri de masaj.Esenţa invenţiei: cercul de antrenament şi masaj constă dintr-un inel 1 dotat cu elemente de masaj executate în formă de bile 2, fixate rigid pe un inel, având acelaşi diametru, şi amplasate la o distanţă una de alta egală cu diametrul bilei.Rezultatul tehnic constă în intensificarea acţiunii directe a elementelor de masaj ale cercului asupra părţilor corpului antrenate pentru întărirea muşchilor şi articulaţiilor, precum şi reducerea stratului excesiv de grăsime.
