The summary of the invention consists in the plant aqueous solution treatment in the 2-3 leafing stage with the following composition: bis (2-chlorethylphosphonate)hydrazinium-0,04- 0,06%; £(25R)-5(alfa)-furostan-2(alfa), 3(beta), 22(alfa), 26 tetraol|-26-(beta)-D-glucopyranoside-0,01%. The technical result of the invention consistsin increasing 4-5 times the number of the plants pistillate flowers.
