Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria radiotehnică şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea ceramicii policristaline a titanatului de lantan La2Ti2O7 pentru producerea semiconductoarelor de tip p.Esenţa invenţiei constă în obţinerea ceramicii policristaline a titanatului de lantan La2Ti2O7 din salicilidensemicarbazidatul heterometalic care conţine lantan şi titan reprezentat prin formula: La(L-H)(L-2H)· TiCl4, unde L=2-HOC6H4CH=NNHC(O) NH2.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în reducerea temperaturii şi timpului pirolizei compusului, care conţine lantan şi titan, şi simplificarea tehnologiei de sinteză a ceramicii de titanat de lantan.
