At the expense of the spring-loaded parralel link mechanism application is attained the converters block constant alignment with the rail's plane without the operator's participation.The device contains a frame 1 established on the wheels 2, a holder 3 rigid fixed on it, a bracket 4 connected with the holder, the converters 6 block 7 and the tracking rollers 5 established on the bracket, and the fixing assembly made in the form of a spring - loaded parallel link mechanism established on one of its hinges 9 of the friction clutch 10 with the catch 11, one arm 12 of the spring-loaded parallel link mechanism is established in the holder 3 with the rotation posibility, but the converse arm 13 of the spring -loaded parallel link mechanism 8 is rigid connected with the bracket.
