Abstract

Inventia se refera la stomatologie, în special la implantologia dentara, si poate fi utilizata pentru suplinirea edentatiilor partiale cu localizare adiacenta puntii dentare.Conform inventiei, metoda revendicata consta în aceea ca se efectueaza etapa chirurgicala cu anestezie locala cu inserarea în locul lipsa a 1…2 implanturi, în dependenta de numarul de dinti lipsa, dupa o perioada de osteointegrare pentru mandibula de 3…4 luni, iar pentru maxila de 6…8 luni se instaleaza un conformator de gingie pentru o perioada de 10 zile, apoi se executa o amprenta din silicon, se toarna un model din ghips, în care se introduc analogi ai implanturilor, în care se însurubeaza tuburi din plastic, dupa care se sectioneaza tuburile plastice conform formei arcadei dentare si înaltimii ocluziei dentare cu formarea unor canale tehnologice în modelul corespunzator implanturilor inserate. Se modeleaza segmentul dentar din ceara, apoi conform modelului din ceara se executa un analog din metal, se instaleaza segmentul dentar pe implanturile corespunzatoare si se uneste cu puntea dentara cu ajutorul sudurii la rece. Segmentul dentar se acopera cu ceramica sau material compozit, sau cu alt material decorativ, se fixeaza de implanturi prin intermediul canalelor tehnologice cu ajutorul unor suruburi, iar canalele se umplu cu material pentru plombare.
