Abstract

Instalatia, conform inventiei, include o capacitate ermetica divizata intr-o camera superioara de epurare a biogazului (1) si o camera inferioara de regenerare a lichidului de epurare (19) (etanolamina) , ambele camere avand fundul conic si fiind dotate cu nivelmetre (3, 22). Camera de epurare (1) este dotata cu un vas (2) pentru debitarea lichidului de epurare si cu conducte de admisiune (6) si evacuare (9) a biogazului cu ventile electromagnetice. Totodata, in interiorul camerei de epurare (1) este amplasata coaxial o tija (13), unita prin intermediul unei garnituri de etansare (14) dotate cu un arc de rapel (15) cu o supapa electromagnetica (12), conectata printr-un dispozitiv de transformare (11) cu un senzor (10) de dioxid de carbon. In partea inferioara a camerei de epurare (1) este amplasat un barbotor (7), unit cu conducta de admisiune (6) a biogazului, si un schimbator de caldura (4). Camera de regenerare (19) este dotata in partea inferioara cu un schimbator de caldura (23), iar in partea superioara cu un stut (29) pentru evacuarea dioxidului de carbon, dotat cu un manometru (30) cu contact electric si cu o supapa electromagnetica (31), unite la un bloc electric de reglare (32). Camerele (1, 19) comunica intre ele prin intermediul unei conducte centrale (17), care este unita cu fundul camerei de epurare (1) si dotata cu un flotor (18), precum si prin intermediul unei conducte de transvazare (25) dotate cu o manta (26), conectata la o conducta de apa (27).  The installation, according to the invention, includes a hermetic capacity divided into an upper chamber for biogas treatment (1) and a lower chamber for regeneration of the treatment liquid (19) (ethanolamine), both chambers having the conical bottom and being equipped with levelers ( 3, 22). The treatment room (1) is equipped with a vessel (2) for the flow of the treatment liquid and with inlet pipes (6) and outlet (9) of the biogas with electromagnetic valves. At the same time, inside the treatment room (1) is coaxially located a rod (13), joined by means of a gasket (14) equipped with a booster spring (15) with an electromagnetic valve (12), connected by a transformer (11) with a carbon dioxide sensor (10). In the lower part of the treatment room (1) is located a bubble (7), joined with the inlet pipe (6) of the biogas, and a heat exchanger (4). The regeneration chamber (19) is provided at the bottom with a heat exchanger (23), and at the top with a stove (29) for the evacuation of carbon dioxide, equipped with a manometer (30) with electric contact and a valve electromagnetics (31), connected to an electric control unit (32). The chambers (1, 19) communicate with each other through a central pipe (17), which is joined to the bottom of the treatment room (1) and equipped with a float (18), as well as through a transfer pipe (25) equipped with a jacket (26), connected to a water pipe (27).
