Abstract
The invention relates to the clinical medicine and may be used for determination of rheumatoid factor by passive hemagglutination reaction.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the ram erythrocytes are preliminarily preserved in 0,5% - 1,0% of formaldehyde solution, they are treated with an bifunctional reagent, there are sensitized with an hemolytic serum mixture and human aggregated gamma globulin and twice is washed with phosphosaline buffer.The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the diagnosticum sensitivity and increasing its storage terms.
