Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к методам гемостаза ран после некрэктомии у пациентов с тяжелыми коагулопатиями на фоне декомпенсированного цирроза печени.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод состоит в том, что на рану накладывают марлевую повязку площадью 100 см2, в два слоя, пропитанную смесью, содержащей криопреципитат и тромбин, взятые в соотношение 2:4 дозы соответственно, где одна доза криопреципитата содержит свертывающий фактор VIII в количестве 100 МЕ и 250 мг фибриногена, а одна доза тромбина содержит 125 МЕ.
