Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery and may be used for the endovascular treatment of varicose disease.According to the invention, the claimed method consists in that is carried out the local anesthesia, then is performed the puncture of great or small saphenous vein under ultrasonic guidance, into the lumen of the vein is introduced the guide and the catheter with optical fiber connected to a laser radiation generator at a distance of 1.5…2.0 cm from the anastomosis of the saphenous vein with the deep femoral veins, is carried out the local anesthesia around the saphenous vein exposed to the intervention and is applied the laser irradiation of 60…100 J, under the ultrasonic guidance the optical fiber is gradually extracted, and at the approach of the optical fiber end to the perforating or incompetent tributary vein the optical fiber is extracted completely, and through the catheter are introduced 1…2 ml of 1…3% Polidocanol sol. in the form of foam, then the optical fiber is reintroduced and is carried out the mentioned actions throughout the full length of the venous trunk, afterwards it is applied an aseptic bandage and an elastic compressive bandage on the entire lower extremity.
