Abstract
The invention relates to electric pumps for pumping gases, dielectric and conductive fluids and can be used in the chemical and electronic industries to create pressure in the electroconvective heat exchangers and electrohydrodynamic heat pipes.The electrostatic diaphragm pump includes a channel (1), the input (2) and output (3) ends of which are provided with bypasses (4), at the same time inside the channel (1) is placed a membrane (6), fixed on a bellows (7), also includes a dielectric chamber (5), fixed on the channel (1), perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, between the ends. In the chamber (5) are placed with alternation mobile (8) and fixed (9) electrodes. The mobile electrodes (8) are made in the form of a dielectric film with a metallic coating, applied on each electrode from different sides, and are joined in a single packet through a dielectric rod (12), and the fixed electrodes (9) are connected over one to the opposite poles of the direct current source (10), in the center of which are made holes (11), through which freely passes the rod (12), connected to the membrane (6).
