Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицинской микробиологии и может быть использовано для экспресс-индикации Bacillus cereus.Сущность предложенного изобретения заключается в том, что способ включает посев исследуемого материала на питательную среду, последующее инкубирование посевов и индикацию искомых бактерий, где посев осуществляют на питательную среду, содержащую сухой питательный бульон, желатин, хлористый натрий, глюкозу, сахарозу, двухзамещенный фосфорнокислый калий, однозамещенный фосфорнокислый натрий и воду, при следующем количественном соотношении ингредиентов, мг/л:двухзамещенныйоднозамещенныйвысушенную при 45оС и стерилизованную в ультрафиолетовых лучах в течение 2 часов, при этом инкубирование проводят в течение 9 часов.Технический результат изобретения состоит в ускорении способа, благодаря использованию сухой питательной среды, в которой сухой питательный бульон и глюкоза позволяют улучшить рост и размножение Bacillus cereus, а также в повышении чувствительности способа за счет введения в состав среды хлористого натрия.
