Abstract

The invention relates to the manual mechanized instruments. At the same time the essential rolling bodies 17 go out of contact with the longitudinal profile grooves surfaces 14. By that, the gearing wheel 12 begin the free rotation in relation to the body 1 and the output shaft 9 together with the spindle - anvil 21 rotate at the slowed angle speed.
