Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul medicinei, la chirurgie, şi anume la ortopedie şi traumatologie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea, că osteosinteza intramedulară se efectuează introducând o tijă cu introducerea ulterioară din partea laterală, cel puţin, a unei tije cu filet prin ambele straturi corticale ale metafizelor proximale şi distale ale osului, perpendicular şi excentric faţă de tija centromedulară, ele fiind unite cu o bară longitudinală cu filet la unul din capete, şi fixând fragmentele.Rezultatul tehnic al metodei propuse constă în asigurarea osteosintezei stabil-funcţionale.
