Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria de vinificare si anume la un procedeu de obtinere a vinurilor spumoase. Rezultatul tehnic consta in sporirea calitatilor de perlare, de spumare si rezistentei vinului la degajarea CO2, totodata diminuand pierderile de gaz si de vin. Procedeul prevede cupajarea vinurilor, filtrarea cupajului, gazarea lui cu dioxid de carbon, umplerea sticlelor, infundarea si ambalarea lor. Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca dupa umplerea sticlelor se prevede gazarea vinului cu dioxid de carbon in doua etape, la etapa intaia prin robinet se introduce in sticle dioxid de carb
