Abstract
Inventia se refera la domeniul de producere a materialelor termoelectrice cu anizotropie directionata, si anume la un procedeu de recristalizare a firului de bismut în izolatie de sticla.Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca un capat al firului de bismut se încalzeste pâna la temperatura de topire, cu formarea unei zone topite foarte înguste. Zona mentionata se aduce în contact cu un germene monocristalin rece sub forma de fir de diametru mai mare, cu axa cristalografica C3 directionata de-a lungul axei firului, de la care zona topita se recristalizeaza, preluând directia axelor cristalografice ale germenului monocristalin. Topirea si recristalizarea firului de bismut se efectueaza treptat, de la capatul de contact cu suprafata germenului pâna la celalalt capat al lui.
