Abstract

Изобретение относится к физиологии и селекции растений и может быть использовано в сельском хозяйстве при оценке различных форм растений, преимущественно кукурузы на холодоустойчивость, а также при оценке действия экзогенных регуляторов (скрининг) на холодоустойчивость растений.Цель изобретения - ускорение и упрощение процесса диагностики. Измеряют энергетические потери линий или гибридов кукурузы в фазе 1-5 листьев. Дополнительно измеряют энергетические потери у контрольных растений, в качестве которых используют холодоустойчивые или нехолодоустойчивые линии, гибриды, выращенные одновременно с диагностируемыми, а холодоустойчивость диагностируют по значению разницы энергетических потерь исследуемых растений и контрольных. Чем больше значение разницы, тем контрастнее по холодоустойчивости диагностируемые линии и гибриды.
