Abstract

Invenţia se referă la fiziologia şi selecţia plantelor şi poate fi folosită în agricultură pentru aprecierea rezistenţei la frig a diferitor genotipuri de plante, în special a porumbului, precum şi pentru aprecierea influenţei diferitor regulatori exogeni asupra rezistenţei plantelor la frig.Scopul invenţiei constă în accelerarea şi simplificarea procedeului de diagnosticare. Se măsoară pierderile energetice ale liniilor şi hibrizilor de porumb la faza de 1-5 frunze. Suplimentar se măsoară pierderile energetice ale plantelor-martor (rezistente sau irezistente la frig a liniilor şi hibrizilor), crescute în aceleaşi condiţii, iar rezistenţa la frig se determină după diferenţa dintre nivelul pierderilor energetice ale plantelor cu rezistenţă necunoscută şi ale plantelor-martor. Cu cât această diferenţă este mai mare, cu atât liniile şi hibrizii studiaţi sunt mai diverşi după nivelul de rezistenţă la frig.
