Abstract

The invention relates to the agriculture, namely, to one of the methods of grape phylloxera resistance assessment. The method foresees the investigation of indexes illustrating the pest resistance. The novelty consists in the fact that as investigated indexes is determined the concentration of three basic vine leaves sterines: cholesterine, β-cytosterine and stigmasterine the resistance number is calculated according to the formula:Y=52,2-2,295X1-0,484X2-10,379X3++0,017X1X2+0,162X1X3+0,106X2X3,wherein:Y - is the resistance calculated number;X1 - is the cholesterine content (% from the total sterines sum);X2 - the β-cytosterine content (% from the total sterines sum);X3 - stigmasterine content (% from the total sterines sum).The technical result consists in simplification of the method and increasing of grape phylloxera resistance assessment method precision.
