Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MOLéCULAS DE DNA QUE CONFEREM RESISTêNCIA AO DALAPON EM PLANTAS E PLANTAS ASSIM TRANSFORMADAS"<D>. Moléculas de DNA que codificam uma dehalogenase que degrada o herbicida dalapon e apresentam aplicação de códon adequada para espécies de pequenos grãos, podem ser usadas para transformar as células de plantas de uma espécie de pequenos grãos e regenerar a partir das ditas células de plantas transformadas, plantas de pequenos grãos resistentes ao dalapon em níveis de uso no campo. As espécies de pequenos grãos preferidas incluem o trigo e o arroz.Invention Patent: <B> "DNA MOLECULES THAT CONFER RESISTANCE TO DALAPON IN PLANTS AND PLANTS THAT HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED" <D>. DNA molecules that encode a dehalogenase that degrades the dalapon herbicide and present an appropriate codon application for small grain species, can be used to transform the plant cells of a small grain species and regenerate from said transformed plant cells, small grain plants resistant to dalapon at levels of use in the field. Preferred small-grain species include wheat and rice.
