Abstract

Invenţia se referă la fiziologia plantelor, în special la procedeele de determinare a gradului de asigurare a plantelor cu azot, şi poate fi utilizată pentru diagnosticarea nutriţiei culturilor de câmp.Rezultatul tehnic: obţinerea informaţiei obiective referitor la necesitatea plantelor în azot fără efectuarea microexperienţelor de câmp cu îngrăşăminte azotate.Procedeul se bazează pe aceea că, dacă plantele sunt asigurate insuficient cu azot, în perioada incubaţiei ţesuturilor de frunze în soluţia de nitraţi se observă inducţia bruscă a activităţii nitratreductazei. În caz de asigurare suficientă a plantelor cu azot inducţia activităţii acestei enzime nu se înregistrează.
