Abstract
The invention relates to the plant physiology, particularly to the processes of determining the providing of plants with azote and can be used for field crops nutrition diagnostics. The technical result: obtaining of objective information relative to the plant azote requirement without azote fertilizers.The process is based on the fact that if plants are insufficiently provided with azote them during the leaves tissues incubation in a nitrate solution it is observed an abrupt inducement of nitratreductase activity. In case of sufficient providing of plants with azote the inducement of this enzyme is not observed.
