Abstract
Invenţia se referă la terapie şi poate fi folosită în tratamentul pacienţilor cu deficit nutriţional în condiţii extreme.Metoda constă în faptul că tratamentul medicamentos se efectuează în paralel cu alimentaţia enterală cu hidrolizate de albumină, doza căreia va fi calculată folosind formula:Bopt.=2,07×Mopt.+2,07×Mopt.×(Kc+Ks+Kt) - (Bh-Bh×Ku), în care:Bopt. este cantitatea optimă de albumină, necesară bolnavilor cu febră tifoidă şi deficit nutriţional (g);2,07 este necesitatea optimă în albumină la 1 kg de masă corporală timp de 24 de ore la persoanele cu activitate fizică înaltă până la spitalizare (g);Mopt. este masa corporală optimă a omului (kg);Kc este coeficientul de corecţie conform factorilor climaterici;Ks este coeficientul de corecţie conform factorilor de stres;Kt este coeficientul de corecţie conform temperaturii corporale;Bh este cantitatea de albumină în dieta spitalicească (g);Ku este coeficientul de corecţie conform gradului de utilizare a albuminei.Metoda propusă de tratare permite obţinerea următorului rezultat tehnic: micşorarea duratei tratamentului, frecvenţei complicaţiilor şi recidivelor la bolnavii trataţi în condiţii extreme.
