Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the therapy and may be used at the treatment of humans having insufficient extremal nutrition conditions.The method consists in the fact that besides medicamental treatment there is realized the enteral proteins hydralyzates administration, by that the complementary nutrition dose is determined on the formula:Bopt=2,07xMopt+2,07xMopt×(Kc+Ks+Kt)(Bh-Bh×Ku),whereBopt - optimal proteins necessity for the patient with the typhoid having body mass dificient (g);2,07 - optimal proteins necessity per 1 kg of body mass in a day of humans having high physical activity before the hospitalisation (g);Mopt - optimal human's body mass (kg);Kt - patients body temperature correction coefficient;Kc -climatic factors correction coefficient;Ks - proteins quantity at the hospital diet (g);Ku - proteins utilization degree correction coefficient.The proposed treatment method has the following technical result: treatment period diminuation; complication and recidives number decreasing in the extremal conditions.
