Abstract
The invention relates to the post-harvesting tobacco treatment and may be used in the tobacco producing farms and fermentation enterprises for tobacco raw material production.The tobacco leaves heating is realized up to 50-55°C at the relative air humidity of 45-75% by using the active ventilation.The novelty consists in the fact that the process is conducted at the measured out tobacco leaves oxygen consumption by changing active ventilation intensivity from 1,0-1,5 m3/kg at the charged raw material during 1 hour at the beginning of the process up to 1,5-3,0 m3/kg of the charged material at the end of the process.The technical result of the invention consists in the process decreasing duration by means of measured out tobacco leaves oxygen consumption by the active ventilation intensivity that allows to obtain the high quality raw material at the power decreasing.
