Abstract
The invention relates to the railway transport means of work mechanization, particularly to the devices for grinding of crossed railway points switching after the depreciated part upfusing. The aim of the invention consists in productivity and grinding quality increasing. The rail polishing device contains a means of travel in form of a carriage 1 with two roller bearings 2, 3, supplementary provided with a pantograph, joint with the third roller bearing spring and hingely joint with the carriage and the cross-piece with hingely fixed on its bracket 4 with placed on it engine with reducer,6 on the exit shaft of which is fixed the grinding circle 8. The mechanism of grinding circle feeding is disposed in the handle 12 of the driving, it is joint with the drive of engine turning and is made in the form of worm-gearing, the worm of which is fixed with the possibility of rotation in the cross-piece bracket and interacts with the engine cover in the form of worm-wheel with the hardly fixed on it reducer having the possibility of turning in the iron ring, hardly joint with the bracket.
