Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la un procedeu de cultivare a tulpiniiBacillus velezensis- sursă de catalază,şi poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică şi farmaceutică.Procedeul de cultivare a tulpinii de bacteriiBacillus velezensisCNMN-BB-12, conform invenţiei, constă în cultivarea tulpinii pe un mediu cu agar nutritiv, care conţine: peptonă 5,0 g, extract din carne 3,0 g, agar 15,0 g, apă distilată 1 L, totodată cultivarea se efectuează la temperatura de +36±1°C timp de 72 de ore.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea conţinutului de proteine de 1,68 ori şi a activităţii catalazei de 2,62 ori, sau de 4,41 ori în raport cu conţinutul de proteine.
