Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к онкологии и может быть использовано для определения распространения кишечного типа рака желудка.Согласно изобретению метод состоит в том, что после определения типа рака желудка выполняют серологические анализы и определяют маркеры CA 19-9, CA 125, карциноэмбриональный антиген, хорионический гонадотропин человека, цитотоксические Т-лимфоциты CD3 и Т-хелперы CD4, в случае, когда маркер CA 19-9 составляет 50,0…200,0 МЕ/мл, CA 125 - 35,0…500,0 МЕ/мл, карциноэмбриональный антиген - 7,0…15,0 нг/мл, хорионический гонадотропин человека - 18…287 нг/мл, цитотоксические Т-лимфоциты CD3 - 28…54%, а Т-хелпер CD4 - 10…20%, определяют распространение кишечного типа рака желудка.
