Abstract
Изобретение относится к технологии получения наночастиц GaP в виде порошка или коллоидных суспензий, в частности, к способам получения частиц GaP наноразмеров.Способ получения суспензии наночастиц GaP включает растворение фосфида натрия в толуоле, отдельное растворение ацетилацетоната галлия в толуоле в течение 2 часов при температуре 90…100°С, перемешивание растворов ультразвуковыми колебаниями в течение 4 часов, затем добавление в полученный раствор триоктилфосфиноксида. Через 12 часов отделяется суспензия наночастиц от осадка. Атомарное соотношение Ga:P составляет 1:(1,8…3,0).
