Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de obţinere a nanoparticulelor de GaP în formă de pulbere sau suspensii coloidale, în special la procedee de obţinere a particulelor de GaP de dimensiuni nano.Procedeul de obţinere a suspensiei de nanoparticule de GaP include dizolvarea fosfurii de sodiu în toluen, dizolvarea separată a acetilacetonatului de galiu în toluen timp de 2 ore la temperatura de 90…100°C, amestecarea soluţiilor prin agitare ultrasonică timp de 4 ore, apoi adăugarea la soluţia obţinută a trioctilfosfinoxidului. După 12 ore se separă suspensia de nanoparticule de sediment. Raportul atomar Ga:P constituie 1:(1,8…3,0).
