Abstract
The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used for protecting a transformer against short-circuiting and overloads in the primary winding.The device comprises a housing (1) in the form of a tube with contact caps (2, 3), an electromagnetic tripping mechanism (4), a unit (5) for controlling the tripping mechanism, a trip-free release mechanism (6) and an actuation indicator (7). The electromagnetic tripping mechanism (4) comprises a magnetic conductor (8), and an inductance coil (9) with a magnetic core (10) and an armature (11). The unit (5) for controlling the tripping mechanism comprises a resettable fuse (12) and a variable resistor (13), connected in parallel. The trip-free release mechanism (6) comprises a guide element (15), a bushing (16), an opening spring (17), a damping spring (18) and a monofilament thread (19).The invention makes it possible to achieve a simplification of the design, the absence of a reaction to current changes caused by voltage surges, to eliminate unwarranted cutting off of a consumer, to produce information about actuation of the device, and to increase safety.
