Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к пластической хирургии и может быть использовано для пластики больших дефектов кожи.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод состоит в том, что осуществляют разрез на уровне рубца, вводят экспандер под неповрежденную, прилегающую к нему кожу и наполняют его физиологическим раствором, через каждые 2…4 дня, каждый раз добавляя в экспандер по 20…50 мл раствора до ощущения боли, после получения достаточной экстензии кожи для пластики, вырезают рубец, удаляют экспандер и осуществляют пластику, при этом, кожу под которую введен экспандер, начиная со второго дня, ежедневно, по 10 мин облучают полихромным светом с длиной волны 480…3400 нм, плотностью 2,4 Дж/см2 и силой 40 мВ, до 30-и дней.
