Abstract
The invention relates to devices for diagnosing and cleaning fuel injection equipment of fuel supply systems or their components in internal combustion engines, in particular, to stands for diagnosing and cleaning electromagnetic injectors of gasoline internal combustion engines in a wide range of pressures, and can be used in service centers. The stand, according to the invention, comprises a housing, in the lower part of which is placed a tank (2) with working fluid with a high pressure gear pump (3) immersed therein, a pipeline (4) supplying working fluid from the pump (3) to replaceable low pressure ( 5) and high pressure (6) ramps, at the same time a bypass circuit (7) is connected to the pipeline (4) through a three-way valve (8), the open end of which is immersed in the tank (2) with working fluid, and also comprises an alternating current generator, connected to injectors through an electronic control system. The method of operation of said stand consists in that into the tank (2) is poured the working fluid, is installed the required ramp (5 or 6) for the high or low pressure injectors, are connected the injectors to the selected ramp, through the control unit is selected the program for the installed injectors, is started the high pressure pump (3) in the position of the three-way valve (8), when the supply of working fluid in the supply pipeline (4) is completely shut off. At the same time, the working fluid, through the bypass circuit (7), enters the tank (2). Then, manually, smoothly opening the three-way valve (8), in the test mode, the pressure in the supply pipeline (4) is brought to the minimum working pressure, created in the automobile during its movement, 49 bar, and is applied an electric pulse to open the injector nozzle. In the cleaning mode, by smooth manual adjustment of the pressure and the duration of the electrical pulse, the pressure and nozzle opening indicators are brought to their maximum values: pressure up to 150…200 bar, electrical pulse from 40 to 100 V.
