Abstract
Изобретение относится к обработке медицинских отходов, а именно к устройству и способу обработки медицинских отходов для обеззараживания и преобразования указанных отходов в компоненты, пригодные для вторичной переработки.Устройство, согласно изобретению, содержит корпус (1) с бункером (2) для медицинских отходов, устройство для измельчения (3), соединенное с транспортировочным шнеком (6), расположенным в корпусе, на котором установлены нагревательные элементы (7) и пластина для формирования отходов (11). При этом, на корпусе шнека (6) смонтированы конденсатор (15) и система улавливания газов (10), снабженная вентилятором (16), который сообщается посредством труб (13) с блоком дополнительного подогрева воздуха (12), с системой фильтрации и отвода газов (14) и с бункером (2).Способ, согласно изобретению, состоит в предварительном нагреве упомянутого устройства и медицинских отходов (4), загруженных в бункер (2), с герметизацией и регулированием потока воздуха в устройстве, измельчении отходов, транспортировке, нагревании до температуры 190°C и одновременном сдавливании измельченных отходов с получением необходимых форм в зависимости от давления и размера выходного отверстия из корпуса шнека (6), улавливании конденсированного пара, фильтрации и выводе выделяющихся газов в атмосферу.
