Abstract

The invention relates to electronics and can be used in medical devices for the reception of electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency and low intensity.The device for detecting the electromagnetic field of extremely high frequency and low intensity comprises a bridge, two arms of which are formed of a diode D1 and D2 and a resistor R4 and R5, correspondingly, the third arm is formed of a resistor R3 and the fourth arm - of a resistor R1 and a variable resistor R2. Diodes D1 and D2 are placed in a metal casing (2). Diode D1 is set in a waveguide (1) and is designed as a detector, and diode D2 is designed as a temperature-sensitive element. The device further comprises an analog comparator U1 with a variable threshold voltage, to the inputs of which is connected a diagonal of the bridge and two capacitances C1 and C2. The other diagonal of the bridge and the supply terminals of the analog comparator U1 are connected to a power supply that is connected with the capacitances C1 and C2 to the common terminal.
