Abstract

Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к способу культивирования дрожжей Rhodotorula gracilis, который может быть применен для получения белков используемых в микробиологической, пищевой, фармацевтической и косметической промышленности.Способ, согласно изобретению, состоит в получении дрожжевой суспензии Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-30 или Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-Y-03 путем культивирования в течение 24 часов на среде YPD, инокуляции суспензии в концентрации 5% об. на среде YPD с добавлением наночастиц ZnO размером 50 нм в концентрации 20,0 мг/л и культивировании при температуре 25...28°C с непрерывным перемешиванием при 180...200 об/мин в течение 72 часов.Результат изобретения состоит в повышении содержания белков в биомассе дрожжей.
