Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de producere a diodelor Schottky pe bază de semiconductor organic şi poate fi utilizată pentru conversia energiei solare în energie electrică.Procedeul de obţinere a diodei Schottky pe bază de ZnPc include dizolvarea iniţială a ftalocianinei de zinc în acid formic, agitarea ultrasonică a soluţiei, doparea ulterioară a ei cu iod şi depunerea soluţiei obţinute peste substratul de ITO, acoperit cu PEDOT:PSS, prin metoda depunerii în picătură sau depunerii prin centrifugare.
