Abstract
Invenţia se referă la epurarea apelor uzate, şi anume la instalaţie şi procedeu de epurare a apelor uzate, precum şi la încărcătură flotantă.Instalaţia, conform invenţiei, include un grătar mecanic automat (1.2), un rezervor de deznisipare şi separare a grăsimilor (2), un rezervor de omogenizare (3) a apei uzate cu un malaxor (3.1) şi pompe submersibile (3.2), un modul de epurare biologică, executat ca un rezervor monobloc, care este divizat prin pereţi despărţitori verticali în patru compartimente: un bioreactor anoxic (4) de reducere anoxică a nitraţilor, un bioreactor aerob (5) de oxidare a materiei organice biodegradabile, un bioreactor aerob (6) de nitrificare şi un decantor lamelar (7). Instalaţia mai include un sistem de aerare cu suflante de aer (1.4), conducte de aer comprimat (1.5) şi conducte de aerare (5.1) şi (6.1), şi un dispozitiv de deshidratare a nămolului în saci (1.6). Bioreactoarele (4), (5) şi (6) sunt dotate cu încărcătură flotantă.Încărcătura flotantă, conform invenţiei, include elemente rigide, executate din polietilenă. Fiecare element constă dintr-un inel exterior şi unul interior, care sunt unite între ele prin intermediul a opt spiţe, iar pe suprafaţa exterioară a inelului exterior sunt executate aripioare.
