Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul microbiologiei şi poate fi folosită pentru aprecierea capacităţii de autopurificare a solului la utilizarea intensivă a pesticidelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în faptul că, pentru depistarea microorganismelor-destructoare ale xenobioticelor, se execută inocularea pe mediul nutritiv solid E-8, care conţine xenobioticul şi suplimentar indicatorul - clorura de 2,3,5-trifeniltetrazol. Prezenţa microorganismelor-destructoare ale xenobioticelor este semnalizată prin apariţia unei zone de culoare roşie, ce indică formarea trifenilformazanului redus la acţiunea enzimei dehidrogenazei.
