Abstract
The invention relates to the microbiology and may be used for evaluation of soils self-cleaning capacity at the pesticides intensive application.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that for indication of the xenobiotics microorganisms-destructors the inoculation is conducted onto the nutritious medium E-8 where is introducted the xenobiotic and complementary there is introduction the indicator 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride. the red colour zone indicates the presence of xenobiotics microorganisms-destructors, this zone indicates the formation of the regenerated triphenylformazan under dehydrogenase ferment action.
