Abstract

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to curve tracing devices and tools.The curve tracing mechanism contains a hub (1), on the end surface of which are made circular grooves (2, 3, 4, 5), separated by circular collars (6, 7, 8, 9), in each is made one threaded hole (10, 11, 12, 13), and a link (19) with a through groove (20), made along it, with a length exceeding the outer diameter of the last circular groove (5), and with a through hole, shifted to one of the ends of the link (19). The link (19) is kinematically connected to the hub (1) through a stud (14) with a nut (16) and a washer (15), mounted through the through groove (20) of the link (19) in one of the threaded holes (10, 11, 12 , 13) of the hub (1), and through a stud (17) with head and a nut (18), whose leg is fixed in the through hole of the link (19), and its head is located in one of the circular grooves (2, 3, 4, 5 ) of the hub (1). On the end surface of the link (19) are made millimetric graduations, and on the other end thereof, on the side surface is fixed a sliding extender (22), in which is made a through groove, through which, by means of bolts, the extender (22) is attached to the link (19). At the end of the extender is mounted a bush (24) with a screw (25).

Se cunoaşte mecanismul pentru trasarea curbelor, care conţine un butuc, pe suprafaţa frontală a căruia sunt executate o canelură circulară centrală şi o gaură filetată deplasată. Pe suprafaţa frontală a butucului este fixat liber un corp solid cu un ştift cu cap ce alunecă prin canelura centrală a butucului [1]. Mecanismul pentru trasarea curbelor, conform invenţiei, înlătură dezavantajul menţionat mai sus prin aceea că conţine un butuc, pe suprafaţa frontală a căruia sunt executate caneluri circulare, divizate prin renuri circulare, în fiecare fiind executată câte o gaură cu filet, şi o culisă cu o canelură străpunsă, executată de-a lungul ei, cu o lungime ce depăşeşte diametrul exterior al ultimei caneluri circulare, şi cu o gaură străpunsă, deplasată spre unul din capetele culisei. Mecanismul pentru trasarea curbelor conţine un butuc 1, pe suprafaţa frontală a căruia sunt executate caneluri circulare 2, 3, 4, 5, divizate prin renuri circulare 6, 7, 8, 9. În fiecare renură circulară 6, 7, 8, 9 este executată câte o gaură cu filet 10, 11, 12, 13.
