Abstract

The invention relates to devices for controlling the unauthorized access to objects, in particular to locking and sealing devices, and can be used for sealing the tariff counters, various goods, containers, wagons and other objects.The seal comprises a transparent body (1) of high-strength plastic material with holes (5), made in the same plane in its lateral surface for a flexible sealing element, with a cylindrical cavity (2) with longitudinal ribs (6), made on the inner surface of the body (1), and a cavity (3) in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with internal ribs (7); the cavities (2), (3) communicate with each other through a through slot (4); a core (8) with through holes (9) coaxial with the holes (5) in the lateral surface of the body (1), placed in the cylindrical cavity (2) of the body (1) with the possibility of rotating in a certain direction; a ratchet (10), made with the possibility of contacting with the longitudinal ribs (6) of the cylindrical cavity (2), as well as a detachable handle (21) on the frontal part of the outer end portion of the core (8); a latch (17) located inside the cavity (3) and provided with rigid elements (18), contacting with the inner ribs (7), and with a protrusion, entering into the through slot (4) between the cavities of the body (1). The inner end portion (15) of the core (8) and the inner end portion (16) of the cylindrical cavity (2) of the body (1) are made in the form of space-volumetric figures of arbitrary shape, corresponding to each other. On the core (8) between the holes (9) is placed a bearing disk (11). The ratchet (10) is placed between the inner end portion (15) of the core (8) and the closest to it hole (9), and from the outer end portion on the core (8) is put on with the possibility of resting in the bearing disk (11) a cylindrical insert (12) with holes (13), coaxial with the corresponding hole (9) of the core (8), and a protrusion (14). The rigid elements (18) of the latch (17) are made on its lower part, and in its upper part, entering into the through slot (4), is made a blank groove (20) for fixation therein of the protrusion (14) of the cylindrical insert (12).
