Abstract

The invention relates to devices for controlling the unauthorized access to objects, in particular to locking and sealing devices, and can be used for sealing the tariff counters, various goods, containers, wagons, premises and other objects.The locking and sealing device comprises a body (1) with a cavity (4) and a cover (8), connected by means of a flexible elongated lever (3), at the same time on the lower part of the cover (8) is made an insert (2) in the form of an anchor of two anchor lamellae (7) made with the possibility of elastic deformation, on the longitudinal axis of which is made a groove (9) for engagement and placement of a metal sealing wire (10), rigidly fixed to the base of the body (1), on the upper part of the inner end faces of the cavity (4) are symmetrically made protrusions (5) for engagement with the anchor lamellae (7), and on the sides of the cavity (4) are symmetrically made holes (6) for placement of the metal sealing wire (10), at the same time the dimensions of the cover (8) correspond to the dimensions of the upper part of the cavity (4).
