Abstract
Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, în special la o metoda de determinare a activitatii catalazei si poate fi utilizata în cercetari biochimice, precum si pentru controlul procesului tehnologic de obtinere a preparatului catalazei în industria microbiologica.Esenta metodei consta în aceea ca materialul biologic se introduce într-un amestec ce contine: 0,05 M de tampon fosfat, 0,06% de peroxid de hidrogen si 5 mM de acid etilendiamintetraacetic, apoi amestecul se incubeaza la temperatura de 25ºC si se determina spectrofotometric densitatea optica a produsului reactiei în raport cu solutia de tampon fosfat, masurarile se efectueaza la lungimea de unda de 240 nm la începutul reactiei si peste 15 secunde, iar activitatea catalazei se determina conform unei formule stabilite.
