Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tulpinile de microorganisme - producătoare de biomasă caroteno-proteică. Scopul invenţiei este obţinerea unei tulpini de algă cu un conţinut sporit de b-caroten şi proteină. Tulpina obţinută poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru extragerea proteinelor şi b-carotenului în calitate de supliment furajer, vitaminos şi stimulator în hrana animalelor, precum şi pentru utilizarea deşeurilor. Biomasa uscată a tulpinii conţine 38-43 % proteine, 31-36 % glicerină, 6-9 % b-caroten, 5-9 % reziduu mineral. Tulpina se înmulţeşte favorabil în apele reziduale ale combinatelor de păsări.Tabl.: 1.
